The Vimient Connect Service is a Wellness service for the older adult and their caregiver. Supporting the senior at home with live Care Agent calls and monitoring. The heart of the Vimient Connect service is wellness goal setting for you and your senior using the devices in their home to support it. The Vimient Hub shares the member’s data streaming from the three separate devices in the home. The app share day, week, and month view as well as overall trends.

Activity: We use specialized algorithm to share their activity throughout the day. 

Sleep: Using the most up to date technology our app streams sleep patterns from your senior to assure they are getting an adequate night sleep. 

Weight, Body Mass Index (BMI), and Hydration: Monitor your loved one’s body health for any positive or unwarranted changes.

Heart Rate: Monitor your seniors heart rate

Location: The app shares real time location tracking of your loved one. This feature includes an at a glance indicator of when they are home or away.

Wellbeing: The Vimient Connect Service Care Agents share results of a 7-question survey they complete with your older adult focused on wellbeing and loneliness.

Care Insight Summaries: Through the Vimient Hub the Care Agent can share personalized summaries of information learned from your senior as well as device trends they may notice. This is done in a standardized format using push notifications.
